    The lack of modern amenities like a pool or spa is disappointing!!! The old-fashioned room décor doesn't align with the expected luxury experience considering the price!!!

    All in all it is a fabulous base for celebrating birthday and I would stay here again. The breakfast is marvellous with a vast amount of chooses, lots to choose from.

    The room was neat and high-class with a TV set, a couch, and a sofa sleeper available. The location was good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. There was a good restaurant, a market and shops next door...

    This is what stood out

    The location was unbeatable, just steps from the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomphe, enabling us to see all the sights. The room was always kept immaculate, and we appreciated the minibar included in the price. It was a perfect mix of comfort and elegance.

    The room offered plenty of storage. The staff, particularly Thi, provided really good service. The small birthday gift I received was a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our visit.

    The hotel could have better soundproofing.

    I was there for 5 nights and will be back. This hotel was nice little and magical with exceptional staff in their services and helpful staff. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a wide tree-lined avenue.

    The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the beds are comfortable.

    It sounds petty, but the TV system was broken and we weren't told at check in. They ended up giving us complimentary breakfast as compensation.

    1.System of charging. My cost of stay was 918,50 eur, finaly they charged me 1284eur. First they charged me 366 eur 05.07.2011 before my stay (my stay was 06-08.07.2011 and then they charged my during check out 918,50 as total expenses. On my question way? The person on reception can not say anything comprehensibly.2. The food in restaurant - terrible. For my child 9 years they bring hamburger with raw meat, it was shock for me. In most of all - I was verry verry verry disappointed. I try to do my best to recomend all my firends and familiars never have deal with napoleon hotel.

    Just a proper fit for a brief sojourn in Paris with excellent value for money. The architecture and design are really luxurious and well-appointed. It's worth checking if they have any room upgrades available.

    The hotel was beautiful. Our room was perfect for a family of four. The hotel staff were fabulous, great customer service. The hotel is literally a three minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees.
